I've no idea why I didn't get to draw this guy. I guess the editor had other artists in mind that fitted his vision of Conan better. Other than that I can't imagine. I'd have thought it was a no-brainer, me on Conan, but then it's not my call!
Funny, and as a kid I kind of thought it was my destiny!

Perhaps it still is... I don't really like what's been done on the current series. Well, maybe the mini they have out a year or two ago.

I really wish it would go back and stay true to the original Robert E. Howard perspective. It just seems so bland without it in that form and function he established, due to him being the creator.

I really wish I could write and get published a Conan short... that is my dream to write and draw at least a short for Conan... hell, even King Kull, and not that Kevin Sorbo movie version... gawd that sucked.
