Seems I went all Wrightson this issue, but with textures - and monsters - it felt right! Actually it's as much Alcala and Clement Coll, but Wrightson will always be the touchstone on this kind of Victorian wood-cut inspired inking technique after his seminal Frankenstein work.

I love how the colouring and inking seem to be the same thing and don't interfere with each other. So good.
